• Tutored students in 6 core mathematical subjects from Geometry to Calculus.

• Advised over 30 students on SAT and ACT test-taking strategies including general and math specific strategies. 

• Reviewed over 50 SAT and ACT practice test results and identified areas each student needs to improve and curriculum adjustments to better fit each student’s needs. 

• Collaborated with other tutors to ensure the best and most efficient delivery of curriculum to students.

Mathematics Expert Prompt Engineer

Seattle, WA (January 2024 – January 2025)

• Engineered over 125 complex mathematical prompts for AI in subjects such as investment, money transactions, spatial reasoning, mathematics proofs, and mathematics explanations.

• Evaluated over 125 AI responses for correctness, language mechanics, and direction following.

• Rewrote over 100 AI responses to lead the AI toward correct and better responses.

• Rated over 25 prompts for quality and complexity to ensure quality control.

Pacific Science Center

Camp Educator

• Educated ~10 students a week in various science themed camps like Roving Researchers, Duct Tape Engineering, and Dissection Lab

• Curated and modified curriculum to fit the needs of the group and the individual 

• Directed, delegated, and coordinated with an assistant educator

Eckerd College Natural Science (NAS) Department

Research Assistant

St. Petersburg, FL (June 2019 – April 2020)

• Designed, conducted, and evaluated over 20 experiments each with over one hundred data points on a globally coupled system of physical oscillators.

• Hand-built hundreds of PCB circuit boards containing voltage oscillator circuits and manually connected them into a globally coupled system.

• Developed over 20 Perl algorithms to execute and evaluate experiments on the oscillator system.

• Worked in a tutoring center environment with 5-10 students per night in introductory mechanics and introductory electricity & magnetism.
